Step 1 - GOTO IRCTC.co.in

Step 2 - Login into your account / or the account you have booked the ticket

Step 3 - You will find "Booked ticket history New" in your home page, click that

Step 4 - You will find the list of booked tickets, find which ticket you want to cancel, be careful in cancelling once you cancel you can get it back

So select the ticket properly

Step 5 - I have selected the ticket using the radio button and at the bottom you will find "Cancel ticket" button. PRESS THAT

Step 6 - I have booked two ticket, IRCTC is asking which ticket you wish to cancel, you can select either one or both

I am going to cancel both the tickets, i selected both tickets using tick mark and click "Cancel Ticket" button

Now your ticket was successfully canceled, you will receive a message next moment

And your money will be transfered to your bank in next 4 working days
